Building a crystal radio can be the beginning of a journey into the wide ranging field of building equipment, from Radios to Amplifiers, from Power Supplies to Multi-meter, once you’re addicted to the smell of melting solder, you’ll never go back. Known as "Amateur Radio Homebrew", you'll find projects to build and plans to improve.

With the evolution of Software Defined Radio, you can also build using computers, code, patience and debugging. Here are a few to get you started.
